DocumentsI do not know which document I need+
Open the document finder and answer four plain-language questions about your goal, role, situation, and timing. LAW.PH compares the structured registry, explains each match, shows whether it is live, and flags situations where a procedure or lawyer should be checked first.

Yes. Saved drafts remain editable until a verified purchase locks the paid document version. Review the full preview before checkout.
DocumentsWhat exactly do I purchase?+
Your purchase unlocks the exact document version shown at checkout, including its template ID, template version, answers, generated wording, and integrity record.
DocumentsWhy is my purchased draft locked?+
Locking prevents later edits from silently changing what you paid for. Start a new draft for different facts, or request a correction if the purchased output does not match the answers you supplied.
DocumentsWhat is the difference between a duplicate and a revision?+
A duplicate copies the answers into a separate ordinary draft. A revision starts from the integrity-checked purchased snapshot, records that exact lineage, and includes revised DOCX/PDF downloads for 30 days after purchase. Neither action changes the original purchased version, which remains downloadable.
DocumentsDoes LAW.PH sign, notarize, or file my document?+
No. The document includes execution guidance where relevant, but the parties remain responsible for valid signatures, witnesses, notarization, taxes, registration, delivery, and filing.
PaymentsMy payment succeeded but access is missing+
Open a payment-issue case and choose the order. LAW.PH will verify the payment event and entitlement without asking you for card details.
PaymentsI was charged twice+
Open a payment-issue or refund-request case for the duplicate order. Include the charge dates and amounts, but never provide a complete card or bank-account number.
PaymentsHow long does a support review take?+
LAW.PH records a response deadline no later than seven calendar days after filing. Some verified payment-provider refunds may take additional banking time after approval.
AccountHow do I find my documents and orders?+
Sign in and open My documents. The workspace lists drafts, purchased access, payment status, and support links for each order.
AccountShould I send passwords or identification in a support request?+
No. Never send passwords, authentication codes, complete card or bank details, or unrelated identification. Describe only what is necessary to investigate the product issue.
Corrections and refundsWhen can I request a document correction?+
Request a correction when the purchased output fails to reflect the answers you supplied, contains a template or rendering error, or the downloaded file is defective.
Corrections and refundsWhen can I request a refund?+
You may request review for duplicate or erroneous charges, payment without access, unusable files, or a material failure of the product to conform. LAW.PH assesses the evidence and preserves remedies required by Philippine law.
