Know when a document is not enough.

LAW.PH can organize facts and produce wording. A Philippine lawyer can advise you, negotiate, verify evidence, calculate deadlines, and represent you.

LAW.PH does not choose a lawyer for you, receive referral fees, or send your draft to any organization listed here.

Talk to a lawyer before signing or acting when…

If any of these apply, use a template only as a starting record for your lawyer.

  1. A deadline is running

A court, agency, tax, employment, payment, notice, appeal, or filing deadline is running.

  2. The facts are disputed

The other party disputes the facts, ownership, authority, debt, signature, capacity, or intended terms.

  3. Safety or liberty is at stake

The matter concerns arrest, criminal exposure, violence, coercion, child safety, immigration, or an immediate loss of rights.

  4. The subject is regulated

Land title, estate heirship, compulsory heirs, probate, corporate control, securities, lending, privacy incidents, or another regulated activity is involved.

  5. A party needs special handling

A party is abroad, a foreign citizen, unable to understand the document, under a disability, represented by an agent, or signing for an entity.

  6. You need advice, not wording

You need advice about negotiation, enforceability, remedies, litigation, tax consequences, or what you should do—not only document wording.

Choose the route that fits.

Eligibility, scope, conflicts, availability, and fees are decided by the lawyer or organization—not by LAW.PH.

Private Philippine counsel

For paid, case-specific review or representation, contact a lawyer directly or ask the Integrated Bar of the Philippines to route you to its national office or a local chapter.

Unified Legal Aid Service

The Supreme Court’s ULAS information directs qualified beneficiaries to participating lawyers, IBP chapters, DOJ Action Center offices, and accredited law-school legal-aid clinics.

Prepare efficiently

Bring a clean factual record.

Do not alter originals. Tell counsel every known deadline, disputed fact, prior payment, related case, and person whose interests may conflict.

A LAW.PH draft is a starting record—not proof that the underlying facts are true or that execution formalities are complete.

  • The current draft
  • Government-issued identification
  • Existing contracts and notices
  • Proof of authority, if you act for someone else
  • Relevant messages, receipts, and statements
  • Titles or registrations
  • A dated timeline of what happened
