Is this a subscription?
No. Each price is a single payment for one finished document. There is no monthly fee, no trial that turns into a plan, and nothing to cancel.
Do I need an account?
You can start the interview and watch the document build without one. You sign in with a free account to save your draft to the cloud and to check out, so your purchase is tied to you and can be downloaded again later.
What if I need to change something after I buy?
For 30 days after purchase you can create a revision draft, update the facts, and download the revised files at no extra charge. The version you originally paid for is never overwritten and stays available in your account.
How do I pay, and do I get a receipt?
Payment happens on PayMongo’s hosted checkout; LAW.PH never sees your card or wallet details. Your paid documents and a downloadable payment acknowledgment appear in your account. The acknowledgment is a supplementary payment record, not a BIR-registered invoice.
What if something is wrong, or I want a refund?
Open a case from your account and it is tracked against the exact document you bought. We aim to respond within seven calendar days. Read the full corrections and refunds policy, which also preserves any rights you have by law.
Has a lawyer reviewed these documents?
LAW.PH is legal self-help software, not a law firm. Every document shows its own review status and the Philippine sources behind it. A document marked “review pending” has not yet been approved by an independent Philippine lawyer, and we will never label it otherwise. For a high-value or disputed matter, speak to a licensed lawyer; you can start with our law firm directory or legal help routes.
