If the product fails, there is a remedy path.
LAW.PH investigates the exact order and immutable document version you purchased. This policy does not waive or limit any non-waivable right or remedy under Philippine law.
Issues we review
- A paid document is not unlocked or the downloaded file is defective or unusable.
- The output materially fails to reflect the answers supplied at checkout because of a LAW.PH template, logic, or rendering error.
- A duplicate, erroneous, or unrecognized LAW.PH charge appears.
- The product otherwise fails to conform to what LAW.PH represented at purchase.
Available outcomes
After verification, LAW.PH may correct the document, replace the file, restore access, provide technical resolution, or approve a full or appropriate partial refund. The suitable outcome depends on the defect, transaction record, use already received, and remedies required by law.
How to file
- Sign in and open Product support.
- Select the affected order and the type of issue.
- Describe what happened and what you expected. Do not provide passwords, authentication codes, complete card numbers, or unrelated IDs.
- Keep the case reference. LAW.PH records an internal response deadline no later than seven calendar days after filing.
What this policy does not cover
A change of mind, later change in facts, dissatisfaction with a clause the user expressly selected, or a request for legal strategy is not automatically a product defect. Those circumstances do not remove remedies that apply under law. Start a new document for changed facts and use licensed counsel for case-specific advice.
Philippine consumer-rights basis
The Internet Transactions Act recognizes repair, replacement, refund, and other existing-law remedies when digital goods or services are defective, malfunctioning, fail to conform, or expose the provider to liability. It also requires an accessible, efficient internal redress mechanism. The Consumer Act separately protects consumers against deceptive and unfair practices.
